What a year 2025 had been. I’m usually known for voicing commercials, e-learning, voice mail and more serious genres of creative voice-able projects. However, I ran into several undertakings from my agents in Germany, Canada, California and new untapped, by me, areas of our world. I’m talking about creative, vocally different and unique areas of my vocal talents. All those years of being the class clown with my different characters in class have paid off once again.
Earlier this year, I was asked to voice 3 separate cartoon charters for a Canadian cartoon called Momolu and Friends. These characters had to sound different, as they interacted with the main character and needed to be distinctively different. Quite a challenge, but challenge accepted. That was one of my first fun introductions into the international cartoon world. I always found it fun to be silly and incorporate that into my work, after so many times of standing in the corner in grade school, after being caught imitating some little character I had tried to master from watching TV. Aaaahhhh, those were the days.

I thought that was so much fun until I got the nod to audition for the new Marvel: SNAP App. The audition incompassed, of all things, the voice of, The Hulk. Me? Mr. “Guy-Next-Door as the Hulk? Sure. But that email came to me with the approval of the producers to say, “HULK SMASH!!” So we did a Source-Connect session with me doing the deep, almost WWF voice of Mr. Green Skin. I was honored. Then while online, they said, how about Mister Fantastic too? I graceously accepted and that was history for me. You can download the app from the usual places. The App Store, etc.

Back in 1998, my first national TV commercial was from Universal Pictures as they released the new Lost In Space movie. Along with that came merchandising and the were pushing these cool little space replicas of the ships in the movie along with the characters. I was the voice of the Lost In Space: The Action Figures. That too was that same WWF, heavy, down deep and hyped delivery. Nearly killed me.
We did 4 :30 sec versions and 2 :15 versions, not cut-downs. I would guess after an hour and a half on the ISDN lines at the radio station, my blood pressure was no doubt spiking as I fell to my knees after we concluded the session. Mercy! The spots are still on YouTube. (Click picture to play commercial)

A German producer contacted me and requested my efforts for a new character in their ongoing cartoon, Woof Wonders, which is affectionately modeled after her own dog, Wonder. Woof Wonders is a playful and fun cartoon with the agency in Singapore, produced in Germany, and playing in India presently. I voice The Professor that the kids discover is found inside a secret wall safe. He quite the old ingenius man who looks a little like he was fashioned after Albert Einstien. A fun character to play.
